As in any successful partnership, we will work closely with you to optimize your design and select the best materials- from commodity grades to sophisticated engineering polymers- for the most cost effective product.
Once your part is ready for production, Bruce Plastics has 35 presses ranging from 39 ton (1.6 oz.) to 700-ton (110 oz.) capacity to produce your parts in a timely and cost effective manner using the most appropriate injection molding machine. Bruce Plastics’ equipment includes two rotary station vertical molding machines that are particularly suitable for insert molded components.
Bruce Plastics’ Quality Assurance staff oversees all aspects of our operation. Most of our customers find our quality so consistent that many permit Bruce Plastics' parts to bypass their incoming inspection department and go right to their production line or customers. To satisfy your custom plastic injection molding requirements, Bruce Plastics has complete in-house injection molding services to help transform your ideas into finished products. Our engineering department has the latest CAD equipment to assist with your part design and to minimize mold design time and cost.

In our in-house mold shop we have a new Makino CNC RAM EDM with 16-position tool changer and a Hass/Evolution multipurpose Machining Center. To keep tooling time and cost to a minimum, both of these machines are designed for 24 hours a day operation. 
Combined with these state of the art in-house tool-building systems, Bruce Plastics also has partnerships with domestic and offshore toolmakers. We work closely with our customers to choose the best of these choices for each project.
